Winter Soldier DLC [My New Favorite Character!]

Low super jump into grenade and machine gun are fun, really useful for confirms and for extending combos. Also, all of his cancels (into and out of the down, down P stance) rely on a bit of execution and are satisfying to pull off.
If you can do the [HK xx stance, K xx cancel out of stance] (as seen in the final clip) then you're rolling, son!

Calling it now, winter soldier is top 3 in this game. The nade juggles, insane projectiles, damage on hit and that crazy super armor from the arm seem way too good. His buttons don't even seem to be all that bad. When a character has this many quality options its hard for them not to be amazing.

After seeing your MvCI videos with the MvC themes in them, I think Capcom would benefit from making them a DLC option for the game. They fit with this game just fine, and the nostalgia alone is a great selling point for most people. Just think - a legacy character theme pack and a legacy character color option pack. I'd get them for sure.

It's like Chris and Spencer had a love-child that wasn't addled by his second "father's" obvious, recent addiction to crack between games outside of the poor line delivery that afflicts almost everyone in this game. Speaking of unintentional dialogue hilarity, I am curious if he says that opening line against Thanos without any irony in it. Other than that, not much else to say beyond his Level 3 super changing significantly if Captain America is your partner (and presumably only if he's still conscious) admittedly being a nice touch I wasn't expecting given the other issues with the game. I think it's great. Been using Chris/Nemesis since day 1 but now i'll swap Nemesis out for Bucky on occasion. I like going for Buckys weapons super into Chris weapons super. It's like a little battlefield going on, even though it's far from optimal stuff.

That happens in every 2D fighting game. In sprite-based games, they just mirrored the sprites. They do it with models if an aspect of the design actually affects gameplay. For example Bucky can't do his metal arm specials or normals with his real arm so they would mirror it. But Vega's tattoo has nothing to do with gameplay so it will always be on the correct side while his claw changes.

Smash has both kind of characters mirror (Bowser,Kirby,etc) and then all sword fighters and Samus with their correct hand placement. But don't expect that much from Capcom when Winter Soldier looks a lot like Chris +Spencer.

This question has been asked to Desk for almost 10 years now. Desk is a combo execution king, not a competitive king. If you don't know how to adjust to players, you're not going to be landing your combos. He has done online matches and he has entered a few tournies, but the fact is he's only just OK.

FMRoss you can cancel the stance by doing it again. So stance lk to d.d.lp, to s.hk, d.d.lp, lk, d.d.lp, s.hk ect. It's a bit execution heavy

Bucky only invalidates Chris. Better guns, better grenades, and the ability to negate most projectiles. All Chris has is better Supers for tagging. Spencer however still sticks out. He's way more mobile than Winter Soldier.
