Lovely message. Not for me I think even though I’m in the Southern Hemisphere as well - Australia - though I’m not as cold as you. I’ve got denim shorts on, a cotton top on and the fan going in the distance 😂😂😂. Winter in Brisbane hahahaha. One of the jokes about Brisbane is that you know if someone lives in Brisbane you know if someone is from Brisbane if they put a jacket on once the temperature gets under 22 😂

Lol I'm coming over from 2 months in Thailand...have so many stops to make that I can't figure out what to pack! Perth, Townsville, Melbourne, Sydney ( not in that order)...any tips?

@@AmyFalken Hey Amy, first tip would be a versatile maxi dress that can be worn with a jacket/ coat where needed. Definitely check the weather temps first. I didn't when my daughter and I spent 2 weeks holidaying from Sydney to Melbourne to Tassie and back to Sydney for a week in December and didn't realise that it would only be a high of 15 in Melbourne and Tassie - so had to go shopping for jumpers in Melbourne. Next tip - Layers, layers and layers. You never know what the weather will throw up at you. Have a fantastic time when you get here. You've picked brilliant cities to visit 🎉🎉

@@AmyFalken Sounds like you are ready to go!!! You will have a brilliant time. The days should be pretty good where you need to only carry a small cardy or such in your tote bag but in the same vein pack a pair of jeans as they always come in handy!!! A hat is obligatory. Our Sun can be brutal in winter as well as summer. I'm notorious for overpacking so don't if you're coming here to go shopping. Melbourne is very good. Not the cheapest by a long shot but great and you can easily lose yourselves in their arcades. Sydney markets are pretty good too. Look up our native animals to just see what you can and can't do. This is for your safety. I'm not talking drop bears - which do not exist btw. It's because I saw this video where someone posted this stuff where someone was amazed that they nearly died by swimming in croc infested water. The same is applicable when one swims in shark infested water. Or standing up to a kangaroo with his chest puffed out - none are good ideas. You would have similar issues in your Native country. Just read up a bit and you'll be right. As I said, you'll have a brilliant time!!!
