Hi foodie's! Welcome to our cooking channel Rukh'Z Kitchen. Today, we’re sharing our winter special cold cough quick relief qehwa/tea Masala mix recipe.
Give this wonderful, tasty and easy to make Tea Qehwa masala Recipe a try.
This spice mix powder prevents you and ur kids from cold, cough, flu and infections.
Tea masala recipe | ☕☕
Recipe in English
Ingredients:-
Fennel seeds :- 25g
Cardamom:- 50g
Dried ginger :- 100g
Black pepper (black pepper):- 50g
Cloves (Long) :- 25g
Cinnamon :- 25g
Black cardamom :- 10g
Star Anise :- 10 g
The method
To make tea masala powder, add all spices into a pan, dry Roast spices at low heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the flame.
Add dry ginger powder in hot spices and mix well.
Now add roasted spices in the mixer jar and make a fine powder.
Store this mix spice powder in an airtight jar.
Take 1½ cup of water in a pan.
Bring the water boiled, add half teaspoon of spice mix powder.
Now bring it boil for 3 minutes.
Strain in a cup, add 1 tbs of honey.
Mix well and enjoy this magical drink.

Ajza:-
Saunf :- 25g
Elaichi :- 50g
Adrak powder :- 100g
Kali mirch :- 50g
Lounge :- 25g
Darcheeni :- 25g
Badi Elaichi :- 10g
Badian k phool :- 10 g
Tareeka:-
Tamam masala jat 1 pan me dalain,.
Halki anch par 5 minutes k liay bhoon lain.
Choolah band kar dain or adrak powder daal kar ashi tarah mix karain.
Ab is mixture ko mixer me daal kar powder bana lain.
Kisi b airtight jar me daal kar store kar lain.
Ab 1½ cup Pani cholhay par charha dain.
Ubaal any par ½ shoti chamach mix masala dailain.
3 minute tak ubaal lain.
Qehwa cup me shaan lain or 1 chamach shehad daal kar mix kar lain.
Sardion ka jadooi qehwa tayar hay.
