Winter, Star of "Dolphin Tale"

We took our grandson Brody to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium to see Winter, the star of "Dolphin Tale" which was filmed on location at the aquarium. Brody got to hold one of Winter's prosthetic tails. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a wonderful rescue, rehabilitate and release marine facility. The movie "Dolphin Tale" is Winter's amazing story of how she was rescued and, although in critical condition and not expected to live, was saved by volunteers working around the clock. Our visit was on July 29, 2011, and we're looking forward to seeing "Dolphin Tale" when it's released in September. Winter shares her movie credits with Morgan Freeman, Harry Connick Jr, and Ashley Judd, among others.
