Hi Nik, Most of the garden is cold-tolerant. However, I still have those test potatoes wrapped and under a thick cover. I don't plan to uncover them until this cold period is over, in about 2 weeks.

@@Beautypink1000 ... Ha ... you nailed it. There are big swings in temperatures this time of the year, Nik. Usually, we don't get this extended length of cold weather. My garden will be fine if it stays above 25 for the overnight lows. Plus, temperatures in the 20 during January are actually beneficial for the garden. It becomes troublesome after the middle of February, when it drops in the 20s after new plant growth begins.
