Your truck diesel or gas? Nice set up 👍 did you put air bags in the front end for the weight of the plow?

Nirp , gasser! I put Bilstein shocks and Timbren suspension bump stops in the front end. They work really! My buddy has airbags in the rear of his Ford . They are nice , but pricey and a project to install. After one year , one of the airbags developed a pinhole leak and required replacement. The Timbren bump stops in front and rear replace the factory bump stops and keep the suspension from bottoming out under load. Simple and effective

Great job on the video guy, do those side wings help at all plowing or not?
@grumpy13115 жыл бұрын
The side wings are a HUGE help! I have been running Xv2which is a weapon! But the XLS wings are poly cutting edge rather than sharp corner steel that digs in pretty hard . The poly edge on just the wings is saving alot of torn up turf! Plus the 10 ft wide back drag is often times 1 and done for smaller driveways!

@@bighoss11 Ya, because every storm out there is prob worthy of the V! 😅 I gave up some winding long driveways for some flat parking lots this season , and the XLS carries snow better with the wings curffed forward . I hate chasing spill off lines. Also the attack angle is not as severe as the Xv2 and the XLS does not dig up soft ground nearly as bad
