I don't exactly know where you are in the US, but I have heard that one of my favourite fish have started to inhabit your waters around New york and north of. Hake are a round fish and taste pretty amazing, not to mention they get huge! I'd love to see you target them state side.

@ChrisMcIntee5 жыл бұрын
stripers live 20+ years, what youre seeing here is 2-5 year old fish, far from "big stripers". Striper fishing today is worse than last year, and worse than the year before, which was worse than the year before. In this video you can see its not about the lures youre using so much as it is timing and location
@TheJJohnsonExperience5 жыл бұрын
@@ChrisMcIntee Gotcha, they look huge to me because I've never caught them that big. My dad tells me stories of 15lbers+ plus coming out the delaware. Gonna try to spend some more time out there and hook into some. Sucks conditions are deteriorating so rapidly. Thanks for replying.

Have you tried the big d yet? Is it just me or have you found your spots innuadted with "fisherman" and nobody is catching. I keep a tight lip on my fishing spots, and it seems everytime no matter the time I go I end up leaving bc of the ass to elbow like a packed party boat but on land on my river. I can't say all these guys are tools, although my immediate anger and frustration paints them as such as I curse my way back to my truck. I bought a 15' boat with 35hp Johnson, and a 55lb Thrust motor and can get out when the tide allows. I.m up by the end of the tidal part in bucks. Still no bass. I hear reports of a bass here and there, which means 60 guys are probably in that spot. Have you noticed a lot more people fishing this spring or is it just me? Maybe I'm noticing it bc the fishery is in such bad shape more guys are just staying out longer searching for their 1bass?? Either way, I think the results or lack thereof point to a fishery on the brink of collapse. The science from the most recent stock assessment confirms what many of us have known and seen for a little while now. My fear is that many of the new fishermen and some old refuse to accept that reality or just don't care. I've bored you by now and I'm just ranting at this point. I needed to rant and I chose you're channel. If you've read this far thanks. I do want to hear your thoughts on the state of fishing today into tomorrow... hit me up on fb messenger if you have the time or in your comments. Peace Andrew gallo
