Doctor, I am impressed with your snow board skill. You need your arms to balance as you zip through the powder and yet you still can hold a selfie stick with a small weighted camera at the end. Maybe you're just not showing the agony of defeat crashes. Smart move not getting in the hot spring this time. Maybe come back in the spring?

Totally hear you on Ford pricing. I'm a lifelong Ford devotee. Haven't thought about owning anything else. Well, this past September I needed to replace my '02 F150 (240,000 miles). Went to the Ford lot here in Austin to kick tires. Even the used trucks with 75k miles were $50k+. Very frustrating. Went 1/4 mile down the road to Dodge and found brand new trucks priced nearly $10k below the used Ford trucks. I'm now a proud owner of a 2022 Ram 1500. Just anecdotally, I see lots of new Dodge trucks on the road here in Texas. Given the pricing I saw, doesn't surprise me one bit.

Lifelong Ford guy here too and have personally owned nothing else. Still have my 1965 Mustang hardtop K-Code Hi-Po V8 4-speed and 2002 F-250 Super Duty 7.3L V8 Power Stroke 4X4 Off Road. Gone is a 1970 F-100 with a 302 V8 and 3-Speed on the tree, 1988 Ford Ranger XLT 5-Speed and 1996 F-150 XLT 5.0L 302 V8, 5-Speed, 4X4 Off Road.

Can't believe you were defeated after all the snow and mountain terrain you have trudged through previously to reach one hot spring after another . That opening though , with the moonlit almost pitch black sky , the full moon , the whole picture was so peaceful . I also enjoy just looking up at the heavens on a clear night , all the stars , the peace and solitude .

I was able to post about the issue you are encountering. I know our President Jim Farley has attempted to stop this practice of the dealers attaching a fee just to buy a vehicle. We would love to see you continue as a Ford customer but fully understand. Continued success!

Hannah - No Mercedes. My service buddy and best friend is: 1. a mechanic/electrician at Mercedes Trucks since 23 years here in Sweden, 2. A technical genius. All this time he has told me horror stories about Mercedes quality. And the Sprinter diesel engines break down/seizes(!) very easily/often. They cannot handle cold weather. Then they tend to seize. And you like snow and go to cold places. So don´t. Don´t buy a Mercedes anything. Just don´t. I want to spare you that trouble and expenses. Go for Ford or anything with a real american diesel. But not a Mercedes. They seize too often. Maybe some company can convert your F250 from propane heating to diesel heating? Cannot be too hard... Great video - really beautiful snow white hair at the hot spring! And I also wish you a very blessed and cozy Christmas! You are worth it! :)

I've been there but never when its been that snowy or cold! Although one April, I did camp at a campground north of there (in a town known for being terribly cold in the winter) and it was 4 degrees in the morning. The holding tanks in my RV were frozen solid. And the night before we went to the hot springs.. getting in wasn't too bad, but getting out... 🥶 I kept splashing the hot water on my head to keep it warm but in just 30 seconds or so it would freeze solid! Getting out was like being jabbed with a thousand needles. You made the right choice!

I can't believe that Dr. Hannah hiked to a hot spring and stayed dry. Now I'm questioning the most unshakable laws of reality. Does e always equal mc^2? Can anything travel through space faster than light. Does it really take only 3 licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop? Wonderful video once again, Hannah. I cannot imagine that much snow. Trying 8 KW diesel heater they're very reasonable and cheap especially out there in the snow you should be able to leave an 8 KW on low and it run you out of that camper almost which is what you need for what you have God bless you Hannah thank you for the smile as always and keep sharing the beauty that you do really enjoy it time for me to go make some more coffee I think I'm going to add just a scoop of chocolate today with my hot coffee

Always adorable! A sprinter will definitely be more comfortable, and now that you have the T-dub you don’t need the van to see all the places. The TW200 is a great bike. I may get one as a second bike. I’m all set up for moto camping and I’ve been filming, figuring out the camera and mic setup. I’ll start posting videos soon.

You would probably know better, but apparently onion juices are hydrophilic, so if you keep a small saucer of water next to the onion you chop, the mists will go to saucer and not our eyes. Only tried this a couple times, but so far it seems to work.

That is the bad thing about pop up campers. The top has no insulation( my friends in Vegas have a Phoenix PU camper ) and always complain to me about this. The van you can insulate it and keep the heat and cold out. You will also be considered a "hippy lady " that lives down by the river in a van. And that is awesome . Prices are coming down quickly; vehicles, RV's and yachts. It might be wise to wait. As well, there is a BIG difference between dealers in cities and in more rural locations. There is very little inventory in the cities because people have more money and are willing to pay the high prices. However, there is relatively more inventory at the rural dealers and the prices are MUCH lower.
