Great to see a video from the Borders. So many people fly past these hills on the way to the highlands but maybe that’s no bad thing. The profile of Saddle Yoke as you drive up the M74 is very enticing and it’s a great wee ridge. IMHO the best way up Hart Fell and a good way up White Coomb across the wonderfully named Rotten Bottom. Nice new sac !!!

@@adamsmith-qw9xs aww thanks Adam. I'm looking forward to releasing my next video. Benjamin gave me some incredible cinema shots to add to it and the conditions were insane. Sadly I have flaired up my posterior tibialis tendon though 🙄 I hope it's not as long as I'm worried itl take lol. Hah we will see. Got that video going out on the 29th though. It's different. Maybe my best so. Ime excited to release it. Took 11 hrs to edit 😂And fingers crossed I'll be able to get out to do more after that. See you about the gym. I'm in tonight and tomorrow. Wednesday. Last week my shifts were all different. Probably why u didn't see me. Take it easy 💪💪💪 Now I want my mates camera too 😂 £1300 for that haha.

@@davebirds5667 tibialis posterior tendon flaired up now from my camp that I release on the 29th :/ so not really :( it came out of nowhere. Not having a good time. It's the tendon next to the. Achillis. Not my achillis injury thogh it's fine. My luck aye haha

@skiddawsounds meditation helps xx 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I do daily. Remember all we see in this 3d world and socials is an illusion anyway x don't let social media get to you. Instead embrace all things and ignore negative that comes from it rather than block urself from it. Because that's avoidance. Its all not real anyway 🙏🙏🙏🌍 Avoidance is not the best way. And social media allows like minded people to connect too x not just wishing they will magically meet again 🙏🙏🙏 If it bothers people, aka social media they just ask themselves why? And does it have to bother them? It's usually deeper than it just being the social media itself. Get what u mean. But not good blocking completely from world. Sadly these days that's how we communicate. Again remind self step back, thta this is all not real and this is the western world. Not let it take over or bother ones self. Ignore all negatives from it mute it whatever but use it to socialise like mindedly :)
