I sure do wish your dad provided video content of his daily life on the farm. I find him to be an extremely interesting character. As a carpenter. Those saw horses look sweet.

Buy yourself a green light laser for working on your seed warehouse. It will provide laser straight lines anywhere you use it. They’re definitely worth the money. Keep up the great job videos.

Funny you mention that. I had the same thought and already made that stop today

I don't know for sure, but at 4:26 in the video you can see multiple bolts on the underside of the hood. They're going up through the black plastic, most likely holding it to the hood itself. I would bet that would remove the black plastic from the hood and expose the back side of your cracks. Looks like you can see the wiring trough for the headlights in the black plastic piece so I'd bet it can be removed and is not glued in permanent. Just a thought. If you can remove that piece and expose it, you could use fiberglass resin and fiberglass matte to bridge the crack and rebuilt it.

We’re in the same boat on the hood situation. At this point we’re gunna run it til it gets to the point it’s gunna fall off or we trade it in. Drives me absolutely crazy I love the 8430 can’t beat it

@BorderViewFarms17 күн бұрын
I went with these Sunco lights. Seem decent and are reasonably priced amzn.to/4jgBhnN

I was looking at these too. Also considering hyper lights too

Can you use Plastic PVC conduit there , it would match the ceiling and it could bend naturally over trusses?
@BorderViewFarms18 күн бұрын
I could and on the ceiling it would prepacked be ok but I won't use plastic on the walls for fear of damage and the plastic would take a lot more clamps to keep it from sagging over time

Curious if you got the email I sent you about the 8430/8330 hood that’s for sale at our dealer? Nvm just watched that part of the video. I think with exchange rate it’s 2600$ US
@BorderViewFarms18 күн бұрын
Good point. Didn't think about exchange rates. I'm going to let my body shop guy see what he can do
@owenstannard256818 күн бұрын
@ I understand that makes sense, that dealer is only 30 miles east of Detroit right off the 401. It would be the closest dealer too
