Can you not activate engage the same tuen you use prosperity?

Prospy says you can't draw cards by effect the turn the use it and the bonus effect of engage is a draw. I assume its the same logic that lets ghost belle blow up cards like eternal soul.

you can activate engage you just don't get the draw
