This is really very simple - In the sports shop you will find much more comfortable gloves and not least a better hat - you have to get rid of everything with cheap polyester - you will find temperature information on the right clothes and equipment. It is absolutely not necessary to freeze in Norway - you just have to choose the right equipment down to - 40
