📌 THE SPINNER I'm using is my own design and creation. Every single work step is done by my hands and my table saw (operated by me)
I sell these on my homepage and if you want to up your game and create on big canvases, you seriously should check it out!
DISCLAIMER: It's a tool for serious artists, I always recommend getting a small , cheaper spinner to try if spinning is your thing first. After you've tried other versions, I promise you'll appreciate this guy over all of them if you work with big heavy canvasses and you spin all the time, like me.
For medium and smaller Canvasses, check out my new tiny and mighty Bäby spinner!
------
I got my pouring mat, the TriArt paint and the pigments from www.fluid-art.co please check their store out weather you're in the US, Canada or Europe.
------------
📌 I'm be teaching private workshops here in my studio! Come and enjoy the central coast of California while painting with me. Great for beginners and veterans! Check out my homepage www.winterstrom-art.com or shoot me a message!
--------
and now, to the art:
📌 For my Pouringmedium I use
Valspar Ultra Base C
and Behr Dynasty deep base to thicken
📌 My old POURING MEDIUM (should still work !)
an overview to my ingredients and the whole technique, you might want to watch this:
• A complete tutorial of...
Behr Dynasty deep base semi-gloss and minwax polycrylic (roughly 3:1) from Home depot
And thinning to the right consistency with JoSonja gloss varnish (Dick blick, jerrys artsarama or Fluidart.co)
fluid-art.co/ for TLP and SUP, Silicone mats, Palette knives etc.
📌 The magic juice/Cell activator is mixed with australian floetrol. (1:1)
paint
📌 The wall paint I use for my PILLOW PAINT is PPG multipro, white base, eggshell

I use my version of the SHELEEART recipe and here is the code for 15% off, if you'd like to learn from the originator of this recipe.

I love the finished piece! After you spun off some of what I perceived to be chaos, it turned out so beautiful. I love watching and learning from you. ❤

I love this one and these colors! I'm obsessed with your hide and reveal and am having fun with them (except for the air bubbles that seem to be my main challenge). You've always got such wonderful advice during your videos it just makes them so wonderful to watch. ❤

Thank you for sharing your struggles...I feel like struggles should be normalized! I mean, we all have them! I SO appreciate the transparency! As for me, I enjoy the playing and experimentation, and seeing what I can make happen. Watching you is a constant form of inspiration. I'm HORRIBLE at scooping and dragging....I'm too deep into that pillow ev-er-y time! I still want to figure out how to get out there for "in-person" time...maybe we can talk about it in Dallas in March. (OMG...that Fuschia CA is BOMB.) I really do adore the colors you used! Bright and beautiful. I'm SO not a "yellow" person, but MAN, this yellow is wonderful against the other colors you chose. Let us continue to practice!
