There's a KZbin channel named "Winx Club - Romanian", they seem to have all seasons in Romanian uploaded, however, a lot of episodes are blocked, but you can contact them anyway, perhaps they'll provide you with something. On my end, I can give you links to Seasons 5-7 in Romanian.
