Pune Rain: Evacuation underway as buildings in Pune flooded | WION Originals

Residents were forced to move out as heavy rains pounded the west Indian states of Maharashtra and Gujarat. At least two floors of some buildings are submerged after torrential rains. There are 500 to 600 residents who are still stuck inside their houses. Rescue operations are underway to shift people stuck inside their houses. Watch in for more details!

Maharashtra State has worst roads, street lights, power supply when compared to West Bengal and Bihar. Power cut everyday 3-4 hours! I live in Pune.

I live in Lohegaon last 12 years without street road, lane 13. Our connecting main road Porwal road, Dhanori road have only Potholes and nothing. Power cut everyday. Pune must be one of the worst nightmare city in India

Pune Municipal Corporation please check all underpasses of Mumbai Pune Expressway full of jams, broken roads, potholes, no road widening being done, outer and inner ring road is need of the hour. Metro extension should be done on priority.
