Because the West uses Hypocrisy as their primary weapon mate. We know they rig it in the West. They want it to continue, because the West is losing its dominance, by a more forward thinking region of the World, aka the East. Their economics are generally better than the West, they have and own all the resources. Ultimately, this is why little UK and USA want these relentless wars. It, in their heads, keeps them at the top. But they have not been at the top for a while, especially the UK, who I regard as no better than a top 10 GDP economy, that is going to get squashed by something soon. Not impossible, inevitable as I say, that something has to give. UK should just crawl back under the stone they came from.

Open source suggest that there are over 30,000 North Koreans living in Russia comprising of Ethnic North Koreans, guest workers and students.
