I really respect and admire how diplomatic and glass-half-full your reaction was to your mystery box. As soon as I saw the kits, I knew that you would likely have some not so great feelings about it - you have always made your stance about that type of art clear. I don't think that you need to change. We have all found our way to your channel and chosen to support you because we like who you are. No matter what you do, there will always be that one Karen trying to tear you down and I'm glad that you continue to stay true to yourself. I hope that Micah feels better soon! 👻

👻 I hope Micha is feeling better soon. I hope you will be able to see a neurologist to help with your migraines. My husband got them all the time until he got a daily maintenance medication and then they were far & few between. I've been diamond painting for 6 years and I can't for the life of me multiplacer more than 6 effectively, even with the DAC metal ones like you have. I watch most of your content and just love watching you multiplace! Have a great week.

👻 I love doing embellishments but I also agree that less is more 😅 I am glad that DP with Sparklers has a PDF list of replacements for each kit so that you can pick and choose. That's a much better option for me because I'm of the mind that too many special drills kinda ruin how special they are. Hope Micah feels better and that nobody else (including you) catches what he has 😅🤞

I also live in SoCal and find that sleeping with a humidifier on helps my skin so much in the fall/winter, especially when the Santa Ana Winds are kicking up. It helps just add a bit of moisture back so that I don't have to drastically change my meagre skin care routine in the winter. 👻

I think you did a great job with the Halloween kits unboxing. When I saw Auclair I think the rest of us gasped as well alongside you. And on a side note DAC customer service is so amazing. I ended up with the red marks on 2 of the new Margaret Morales kits. They gave an option to keep and take points or return them. I chose points bc I know I'll find a way to work around the marks. But seriously they are so kind there and so helpful. And they respond almost instantly which is just not heard of anymore these days!👻

I love the colors of this and I cant wait to see what it is. I have also listened to music that is from years and years ago that took me right back to something that happened in my teenage years. I immediately remember how I felt at that time. It never happens other than that because Im in my 50s now but its so crazy to me. Im glad you mentioned that because I truly thought I was the only one. Ive never heard anyone else mention that before. My 3 year old and 1 year old (girls) squabble all the time. I was not prepared for it to start this early 🤦🏼‍♀️ I find if I listen to a particular song, it takes me back to whatever was going on when I listened to it before, even down to the smells. So strange 😂 👻👻

If you want an easy skin care routine look at things you can use in the shower. I have a soap type product that has done wonders for my dry skin. Not available outside my country.

I have spent decades learning how to soften my criticism to be more similar to your approach. I feel the same way about enhancements. I usually only enhance with dust drills and AB's. Sometimes I'll do a crystal if i want to emphasize a specific area(my favorite crystal enhancement is eyes 👀)

Hi Katie this is my first comment besides D&C 2024 but I really enjoy watching you. I am stuck with only one dp company (the most popular one) I love the consistency. I purchased a Craftibly (which wasn’t affordable) and I loved the canvas but the drills weren’t consistent and the glue was making the drills float. I would have been willing to give them another chance but sadly the co was already in the process of going of business. Now I’m afraid to spend a lot of $$ Is there another co that you can suggest that will give the same type of quality as that other company.

I absolutely love that diamond tray and wax tin. I am doing my lake serenity for my mom Im crossing fingers I can get it done in time for Christmas and have it framed for her but its a time crunch. I would have diamond painted the whole time I was gone but I spent all my time just disconnected from discord for awhile. I want to do one of my Halloween themed paintings but Lake serenity is taking up all my time lol. I am liking how it's looking.

Please take this in the spirit intended, but I am actually relieved you didn’t like your mystery box. I’ve ordered two of them. Both times received not even one kit I liked/wanted. In both cases, I would have been thrilled with almost all of the other offerings. Why am I relieved? DAC knows your taste and you got the two you didn’t want. It truly is 100% random. I’m glad you were able to get the one you really wanted and feel confident you will be able to destash and get your money back on it. I got the same two Halloween kits in my mystery box, and I also am someone who wants to avoid AI art purchases. I emailed Customer Support to mention my disappointment and asked if it would be possible in the future for mystery boxes like that to have a disclaimer along the lines of "Two of the 5 never before released kits are from artists who use AI". They said they would pass along my concern and suggestion, so that's better than a "no" or just not responding at all.
