Hey I wonder which character model is Waluigi and try booting up a new Mario kart Wii file that has the main 12 Starting Roster but have the Mario Kart 7 Mod in effect. Great excellent video though.

There's one called Revo Kart 8 Deluxe, but it's only the tracks and their music. The HUD and UI aren't included
