Wipeout Omega Collection: Metro Park A+ challenge (Pir-hana prototype)

Another world record for my humble Pir-hana prototype, this time I got 9th place (time was 5.35.56) super stoked with that result ^^
I included some fails to showcase how brutal the AI was today, took me close to 30 tries to get this video together. Hope you all enjoy it though ^^

This is must have been what the Pir-hana engineers and designers envisioned when they built this thing. You make it look easy almost, but anyone who's played the game knows the A+ AI is ... difficult. This game looked impressive for the vita and I''d almost get a PS4 for it. Almost, but that's a rant for another time. As for this... this is some top-tier piloting.

Thanks for watching, your kind words are greatly appreciated ^^ The run could be better though as I lost some time to mistakes (landing all the BR's as I missed 2, better racing lines on some laps, more turbo luck and less wall scrapes). Hopefully future attempts will shave off more time and get the pir-hana prototype some love.

I for some reason love agsys (or any agile ship to be honest) agile. Its not the fastest. But it makes up in one simple thing. Its agility isnt the most important thing. I love the camera work on agile ships. Ship is always at the center of the screen (this is why i kinda disliked agsys speed after some time. It bouces like crazy around your screen and it can throw you off.) when i have a ship at the center of my screen i have no problem doing difficult skillcuts and going in the best lines. Just because of how easy it is to have full controll of the ship. I would also like a battle ships buff. To make battle crafts more viable in races. I dunno, maybe put more range to their weapons or add a thing to increase their speed the more damage it dealt. That would be kinda fun.

This is why I love the Pir-hana and FEISAR prototypes - when you master them both they are ABSURDLY powerful. I feel like I understand the FEISAR prototype better, but there's something to be said for this playstyle too! At several points both craft just TAKE OFF ENTIRELY!

Just manually change airbreak buttons to joystick/D-Pad :P

Easier way, set airbrake sensitivity to 10% and it'll give you that effect with the agility ships and Pir-hana prototype. I don't recommend it though as it makes all of them 100 times harder to control (I tired it once, never again ;P )

i have it for ps vita and is very hard to drive the Pir-hana prototype

The AI is not as smart on the vita, however racing at 30fps (which sometimes drop) makes it harder on the vita imo
