Wire wrapping pe sant tutorial - 'Echo'

Hey Guys, in this Video I will show you how to create a pedant using coils, a pear focal and a faceted accent stone. I will show you how to create the main frame create the coils, add the components and detail as well as set a small, faceted gemstone. - 0.8 mm (20 ga) wire
- 0.8 mm (20 ga) half round wire
- 1 mm (18 ga) square wire
- 1.6 mm (14 ga) square wire
- 2 mm copper beads
- 2.5 mm copper beads
- 3 mm copper beads
- 5 mm copper beads

- Fine tipped flush cutters
- Heavy duty flush cutters
- Chain nose pliers
- Round nose pliers

Your work is so beautiful and inspiring - thanks so much for sharing it! I've been looking at wire wrapped jewelry on Pinterest recently and noticed some beautiful art nouveau styles that have VERY sharp bends, that create a lot of visual drama. I'm fairly new to wire wrapping and wondered how to get that effect. I imagine they hammer the bend flat and then file it? If you have any suggestions I'd appreciate it, or would love to see a video. Thanks again!

If I understand correctly, I think those sharp bends are soldered, then filed before hammering but without having a visual it's hard to tell what you mean. I remember having the exact same question when I first started out tho! If you feel like it, post an image to my facebook group. I can then take a look and answer your question. xx

Hi Angela, Sorry you are having issues with the video! It appears to be fine on my side! I went through the whole video and am able to both see and hear it! Would it be possible that your connection is bad?? So sorry about that.
