For the question on Bloating: Ladies if diet modification and exercise is not helping, talk to your OB/GYN as bloating, alongside other symptoms, can be an early sign of Ovarian Cancer. If you're not just bloating at your period, there could be an issue. If you're not familiar with Ovarian and Cervical cancer signs and symptoms, take some time to research and read articles. Yes! Why do I snore? Why do I dream?
@TheWhyteRhyno77
@TheWhyteRhyno77 2 жыл бұрын
@@sedonarose7563 well, there are several reasons for snoring. Firstly, snoring is never normal. Snoring can happen acutely when you have a sinus infection or a throat infection when there’s inflammation and swelling in the airway. Chronic snoring can be a symptom of sleep apnea as well. About 8 out of 10 people with sleep apnea have symptoms of snoring. Your airway is narrow and the air rushing by causes vibrations similar to a flag whipping in the wind. Snoring is thought to inverse risk for strokes. Also if snoring is a symptom of sleep apnea then there is an even higher risk of stroke and other problems like atrial fibrillation. If you have poor sleep you should get a sleep study! Dreaming is normal. It’s part of the brain’s routine mechanism to consolidate memories and clear out unnecessary information.

It varies greatly between individuals, and also varies greatly with the same individuals. Different foods, hydration levels, health, physical activity, stress levels, sleep, etc etc - can all affect your digestion transit times! TMI ALERT! On my end... I'm more of a... 20-50H digestion cycle myself ahahaha
