Barang begini ni memang menggoda sih untuk dipakai buat monitoring baterai ataupun energi, fitur juga lengkap, mantul & efektif Akurasi juga bisa dibilang cukup bagus Hanya saja selama saya memakai beberapa jenis baterai monitoring seperti ini Banyak muncul kekurangan setelah pemakaian jangka panjang😅 Contoh seperti PZEM 015, setelah pemakaian full lebih dari 1 tahun, pembacaan arus mulai ngaco, banyak menyimpang akurasinya jika di banding dengan awal mula pemasangan, sudah ganti shunt resistor tetap ngaco Ada juga yg jenis bidirectional model hall sensor dengan layar lcd mirip dengan yg di review di video ini Muncul masalah setelah penggunaan >6 bulan Layar sering blank warna putih Jadi harus reset/di aktifkan ulang kadang bisa normal kadang tidak, dan sekarang tombol menu ikut ikutan rusak jadi sudah tidak bisa digunakan lagi Dan terakhir yang bidirectional tetapi menggunakan R shunt Belum dipakai jangka panjang Jadi blm kelihatan masalah/kekurangannya. Saya harap kit yang direview ini bisa bekerja cukup baik dalam waktu lama >1 tahun minimal.

Iya betul mas, produk Cina non-branded semacam ini sulit diprediksi pasti umur pakainya, kualitas semiconductor dan komponen lainnya juga masih diragukan karena pasti dipilih yg varian murah. Sejauh ini yg sdh sy pakai bertahan 1 thn-an adalah DC Meter Atorch DT24.

App? What App would u expect? This is simply RF data transmission, ain’t using WiFi, not even BLE.

Description mentions existence of TTL serial interface. Is it there? Where? I the protocol known?

On the board module (white box), there are 8 unused pins (separated 4+4) on PCB, only 4 have marking on it (5V, GND, T, R), no marking on rest 4 pins. Communication module is just look almost similar to ESP 01/8266 with 2x4 pin jumper. But it fixed with 16Mhz crystal, so it seems using 2.4G RF module instead of wifi. Haven’t got chance to do some experiments or play around with it at the moment. But for sure you can do some trials on those unused pins or modify/change the existing RF comm module.

Terlalu basic pertanyaannya mas, bisa macam2 penyebabnya. Mungkin anda cek ulang semua wiring dan pastikan setting SFH dan FCH nya sdh benar.

Wah sy blm sempat ubek2 lagi sih, tapi sekilas itu kyknya dipaket sama bahasa Cina mas, jadi kalo set bhs Cina kyknya otomatis jadi C, kalo english defaultnya satuan F. Sekilas blm keliatan ada settingan terpisah utk itu, jadi kalo saya mending biarkan F aja tinggal kita konversi drpd set bahasa Cina repot kita gak paham.

Well, not sure what really the cause is, could be relatively far distance and/or lots of barriers in ur case or even something else (defective module?), it’s Chinese anyway.. But maybe it’s worth to try the followings: 1. Change the corresponding SFH and FCH on comm channel menu, do some trials, I’m not really sure but some certain channels could possibly stronger in Tx/Rx signal compare to others. 2. Open the board module (white box), put extra coil wire to improve existing antenna - this require soldering to the antenna pin on PCB.

@@RBMK--vj2rn there is no chance of it being defective because I have two devices and they do exactly the same thing, also the distance is 4 meters with a wall in between, I also tried different frequencies but again with the same results if you look at the manual somewhere it says about the range and it has two things one says Orbinary version 10 meter range and Enhanced version 50 meter range look the manual please

Yeah I aware of those ordinary and enhanced version mentioned there, but it means nothing, we can’t even choose an option for that enhanced version when buying at Aliexpress’. I would think what we’ve bought are just the so-called ordinary 10m version. When both of your devices are identical in its wireless range, means they’re working normally, within that capability. So I’d reckon the only reasonable option is to improve the existing antenna.

@@emmanouhldigkas1661 Yes it’s very easy to see. The Tx/Rx comm module is on 8-pins jumper connected to main PCB, it looks pretty similar to NRF24L01 or ESP01 module, the antenna just printed on its PCB. You can connect a wire directly as add’l antenna or 50 ohm coax cable and mount a SMA/RP-SMA connection on the box (drill hole) + place ordinary 2.4Ghz antenna.

Hello, it’s on menu number 2, “set BPC value”. Modify the % value using known percentage of your battery in accordance with its Ah capacity (set it on menu number 3).

@@RBMK--vj2rn yeah ok thats what i did but what he then visualizes is not true i set 300ah 7.2kw and the parameter number 11 would be that of the resistance of the shunt? I put that it is a 500ah or should I put 300ah as the battery capacity?

Well, in fact the Batt % is always one of most “questionable and tricky” parameter compared to others. The best way to deal with is to make sure you know exactly what is your real battery capacity (Ah/Wh), have it fully charged first, then connect to that meter and set the parameters for example Batt % =100, Bat Ah=300 and Bat Wh=7200. Have you really done so? Maybe worth to try. Re menu 11 (STI), I’m still not sure of it, never understand how stupid they made such confusing abbreviations without explanations. In former similar black module VAC8010, I believe the STI is just a relay status setting (on-off), but on this device, it strangely ranges from 0.1-500A.

@@RBMK--vj2rn I use it on my photovoltaic system is it normal with the system off, do I see an absorption of 30-70w and also -2-3 amperes? shouldn't it be zero? I think it is defective

When the system “off”, then it’s simply should be zero. Not sure how u did the wiring so it’s ended up like that.. Otherwise it could be also defective one.

I dont think it’s a bluetooth, seems just RF 2.4GHz. No App for this.

Haven’t tried to have such 2 devices working simultaneously. Yet I’d say shouldn’t be an issue as u can assign different comm channel on SFH/FCH menu.

@@emmanouhldigkas1661 No, it won’t read anything below 0 C or 32 F. If u force to do so, the display will stay forever with 0C or 32F. Also C unit is bundled with Chinese, once u set English the default temp unit would be F, cannot be changed to C.

@@emmanouhldigkas1661 Well it’s a bit hard to say, but for a typical cheap Chinese product, I would say this is a quite decent product, yet still not sure how long will it last. Re the accuracy, it seems generally okay +/-5%, slightly better than Atorch DT24P (with shunt). It depends on your needs, maybe 1 unit for trial is reasonable. If u don’t need a wireless one, VAC9010F is also an option and for sure it’s cheaper.
