Today we're taking a look, and a listen to an underrated piece of filmmaking gear, wireless coms systems. Synco reached out to me a while back asking if I'd give their XTalk X5 system a go, and i almost instantly agreed. I've used their products in the past, and appreciate their mission in bringing affordable filmmaking gear to the masses. I read that the voice prompts can 'NOT' be turned off. Is that what you discovered as well since you recorded this review? Thanks for this video.

That is correct in my experience! I've used them extensively even after this video and thus far, have found no way to disable prompts.
