When I put my sim card in after all this, it tells me that it can be remotely unlocked! It IS unlocked! Then the activating cellular service screen is forever & if I skip, it says to activate later in settings. Mobile network settings says this user (me) cannot add or edit APNs! Arrrgh! I'm having no luck so far; would it help to put an account name on TestDPC's screen? Help, plz?

Did you get help bro? I just finished resetting my Alcatel fierce 4 because I forgot and lost my information. So I typed in my phone model and Google Bypass in to internet search and Z was the first one. Worked great!!!
