This is the kind of map that shows how TM evolved since the beginning of its history. I'm a old TM player. I started playing TMN ESWC in 2007 and I have been playing TM series sporadically for the past 10 years. It's impressive the amount of in-game tools and materials that are available to players to create maps now. Regardless of whether the map makes sense or not, with troll or tech parts, it is a good trailer to get new players interested in playing.

@@cavemann_ Sort of. In the maps used in esport trackmania competitions there is usually a particularly difficult part near the end that is unique to the map. Some sort of trick, or just a difficult section like jumping from one platform to another 5 times in a row, jumping though a "tiny gap" or doing a series of wallride jumps with precise timing. That's the identity.

It's less of a track then more of a themed adventure map where you have to look for the next checkpoint. It's more about cineastic and therefore very long with maps over an hour to do with perfect line ^^ Some include mazes, jungle maps or the whole castle of Super Mario 64 for example. They are very aesthetic but you need a very good sense of mapping to anticipate the line to the next Checkpoint and that's what comes in handy to wirtual when he has to play a map first time 👍🏻
