Whenever there's a new update, the WR gets reset but not the local records. Wirtual looks to see the weakest WRs whenever there's a new update by seeing how much faster the local record is.

The fact that they clear the WRs like every month makes them so worthless. Like when there is a 46 record from Wirtual's previous streams alone as in the first map, and the current WR is 1:08, it's just meh. I loved the early Marble WR videos but now every playthrough is just WR every third round.
