A few weeks ago they divided a video into 3 parts without major cuts, when in reality the full video was on twitch. Of course, they farmed 3x views that way. So yeah, it's very common. In some router settings you can set the internet priority to a specific device, if you set it to your pc the stream will not lag and jnic will only use the internet left with low priority. Give a check in the router settings or buy one that let you do so

Hot dog, sausage, etc water is _not_ tea. Tea is specifically leaves from the Camellia sinensis "tea plant," steeped hot water. Nothing else is tea. It's the same reason why rose water isn't "rose tea" just because it's rose petals steeped in hot water. You could try to argue that it's "hot dog bouillon" or "sausage broth" because it fits the definition of bouillon: "water in which meat, fish, or vegetables have been simmered for a short period of time," but it doesn't fit the definition of tea.
