Installing the Saber Tactical Adjustable Cheek Riser on the FX Maverick Airgun + the new Optisan EVX

Came back to watch this video again. Here in Finland (like Wisconsin), we have some horribly cold weather. A cheek riser with leather cover would be more comfortable, Tham metal against a cheek. Do you think there's space to add a custom covering?

It makes it more comfortable. It gives you a “round” on both sides.

I’m on the fence with buying a maverick being a southpaw shooter. The “ambi” cheek riser seems good, but do you think it will offset the mag hanging out enough?

I think it moves the rifle away from your cheek that you don’t notice the mag being there. It’s definitely an improvement.

@@WiscAirGunners my concern is placement. Where you lined up on the rifle checking eye relief at the end of the video puts the mag right in my cheek. If the butt plate was extended I may clear it
