Most impressive thing about the Wisconsin Badgers basketball team this year is how Greg Gard has completely changed the style of the offense to play an up tempo game. This should give him a chance going forward to recruit more athletic players that we just didn't have much of a chance of ever getting before because athletic kids love to push the ball up and down the court and you need some of those players to compete at the highest level. I must admit I was wrong, I thought Gard would never change the previous style of offensive play. I have to give him a lot of credit for making that change. Sign of a good coach.

I have been critical of Max but he had a fantastic game today. He played well in every aspect and that pass!! That pass was awesome.

Yeah winning comfortably on the road without Tonje getting a point is kinda nuts. And USC had been playing pretty well too. Very positive for this team.

I think if they're all clicking, FF is definitely a possibility, though very unlikely of course. Could see a S16 based on how they're playing now, but again, matchups kill. Definitely can't be a 5 seed losing to a 12 again, that'd be just killer. Long season and a lot of games left, here's hoping they stay healthy! Got a couple tough road games coming up and will be interesting to see how they do.

You spent more time criticizing the rebounding than I would have expected in a game where rebounding was pretty much even: USC had 7 offensive rebounds on 29 misses (24% offensive rebound rate) and the Badgers had 5 offensive rebounds on 23 misses (22% offense rebound rate).

It looked like John Blackwell's dad/relative jumped in your live chat right at the end, said he isn't going anywhere. Who knows if that's legit, but sounds like a fun thing to roll with for now! I mean Gard believed in Blackwell when nobody else really did during recruiting, and he seems like a dude with a good head on his shoulders, think he stays assuming he's not offered bonkers money that UW just can't come close too. That seems unlikely.

How does someone say they're overperforming? Lol. They are what they are, and that's a lotta guys that can step up and make shots. Don't know how you say they're overperforming when their leading scorer scored zero!
