Good harvest, sounds like your group had a very good season. I have property near Amberg, WI. The deer in our area went stealth on us. I hope you had just as good luck during muzzle loader season.

Music sure is a distraction from the natural sounds of nature...😢

Why do so many of you care what size buck this guy kills? As long as all rules and laws are being followed, then it’s perfectly fine to put your tag on anything that makes you happy. Stop trashing people for killing small bucks.

Average deer killed in Wisconsin is 1.5 years old an field dress at 125 lbs. Not all the deer are monsters. Feed, mineral are a factor, some areas of the state have better food than others. I have been lucky enough to kill a nice Buck that dressed 225 lobs and a couple does at 170 lbs.but the most of them are in that average area. Until you live and hunt here, please don’t judge.

Just admit you wanted to shoot another buck. You passed does and said you did so because you didn't need meat. Then you shot a dinky 1.5 yr old and said you had a family to feed.

Thats exactly what i thought too.. should’ve let that small buck walk. Whats the point of that dinky buck and doe. 🤦
