If it is Nebraska vs Wisconsin in the championship Nebraska is going to have to figure something out. I would love to see Nebraska winning it all but knowing Wisconsin wins everytime it will definitely be a great match up.

Yeah, even though Louisville also smacked us around early this season, I'd rather not face Wisconsin again in the finals should we beat Pitt. Anything could happen, I honestly see both semifinals matches as 50/50.

@@ajollypanda4175 Well I said the matchup was 50/50, but the rabid fanbase of Nebraska will of course think they'll win Thursday. Also, the RPI is a lousy ranking system, the computer poll I trust far more now has Pitt at #4 and Nebraska at #5.

Wisconsin has the physical body the Hight I mean but they need to hit very hard on top the ball not tipping too much they need to blast through their hands. I was a professional player myself

gosh it's like the best big 10 setter going up against the worst big 10 setter. I love that she's tall and a good blocker and can attack, but Shaffmaster can NOT hold her own when it comes to set location. Our hitters were taking weird half swings 50% of the time because the set timing or location was so off :( ugh

Has she been that off this year? If we had Steph there would not be anyone in the country that could beat us. She had an amazing (collegiate) career. I loved watching Dana go hug her.

@@hannahremmel9550 yes it's been a bit of a mess! All year we could not in any way run the middle. We were worst in the entire big 10 in middle hitting efficiency. And thank God Steph is Steph because she could still get kills even on bad sets lol. Some games were better than others with Shaffmaster but overall yeah her setting is just not up to par for a top 10 level team. Unless we have a couple of new STUD freshman next year I think we're gonna struggle. And yes loved seeing that! I know they're buds being together at the national level! Wisco is my #2 team so I would be thrilled to see them finally get a natty championship!!!

@@shelbymorimoto371 third times the charm. I think Wisconsin can finally do it this year. Syd is phenomenal, Dana is well, Dana. Smrek is coming into her own, Grace is a force in so many ways, I could go on and on with this team. I wanted to hug Steph and just be like, “Kelly adores you. Syd wants to set the hell out of you.”

Louisville just needs to target orzol on serve receive. Meanwhile Louisville is a solid passing team but Wisconsin’s hitters are more physical. Should be a fantastic match up :D

@@ryunamekazi6443 Orzoł is gonna be a really key player. At her best she's killing it all over the court. But she can be very inconsistent, part of being a freshman. She did not have it vs Minnesota hopefully she doesn't let that affect her in her first final four game
