@ 27:16 a discussion begins around the topic of forgiving those whose have harmed oneself. I greatly appreciate the perspective Sharon shared that it may not be one's job to work on forgiving the other who has caused harm. (or at least not at that time) It is time then for survival, then for healing. When a victim is pressured to forgive a victimizer, that pressure can be a form of coercion. It can also lead to spiritual bypass, which is inherently disintigrating (rather than supportive of healing and growth).
