The American Swami is so correct. If the witness (the spirit soul) keeps changing like the body does, then we would never realize that we are getting old. Changes can only be noticed when viewed from a relative constant. ( That is a scientific fact) In this case , the spirit soul ise constant (no change ). If the spirit soul ages together with the body, we'd never realize that we are getting old.
