I wish I had been able to listen to this when I had a spiritual awakening around the age of 17, when I felt God instead of being told what God was by my Catholic upbringing. I didn’t quite know what had happened as I looked up into the sky and talked to God every night before bed, but this meditation says it perfectly. I can now come back to my spirit again and raise my energy when I want and/or need to. I’ve needed and wanted to do this every day for years. Thank you for this meditation. I’ve shared it many times. 🙏💫💕

Always in a Rush i never ever postulated the time between my breaths. When you work for a living who has time to consider the space between breaths. Never heard of it. That space doesnt pay my bills. Now im retired i return to the stillness but i know people where STILLNESS is terminable.. They cant be still at all. They function in chaos. They are first responders.
