This Quarter’s Tentative Sunday School Lesson Summary In the Old Testament, Wisdom is declared to be the principal thing; therefore, Proverbs stressed the importance of seeking Wisdom above all things Including riches. In the New Testament, Jesus is equated with the Old Testament’s Wisdom. He is identified as the One and Only Receptacle in which the Father has deposited all blessings available and accessible to man in all eternity. Therefore, Jesus is the single most important thing to be sought above anything else in life after which everything else may be added. Proverbs 4:7: Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Ephesians 1:3: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ 1 Corinthians 1:30: But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption.

Hello Pastor, when you were expounding on Jesus statement of “I am” it brought to mind a question my 9 yr old granddaughter ask me: she said God made man, but who made God, where did he come from? Would love to know how “you” would answer that😀🙏🏿

Aweeeeee so precious, and we asked the same thing. God has no beginning nor ending. God has always and will always exist. He made everything but no one made Him.
