I am so moved by this, so profound, and deeply felt. Beautiful...we are all better together. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Soren, Jon, George and Phil.

So many gems throughout this interview. Always a pleasure to see new interviews with Phil because we really don't hear from him in interviews all that often.

As JKZ describes the "impossible task" of capturing what really went down in narrative / words I remember the Zen saying that "the finger pointing to the moon is not the moon" and yet I think, "you guys are doing an an awesome job of capturing the "One Breath One Mind" & inter-connected wisdom that all the players and coaches and teachers embodied to put mindfulness on the map in the world of athletics & hopefully influence more to bring mindfulness to the "game of life" - the real dance :)

An incredibly interesting and engaging presentation thank you to everyone. As a physical education teacher/coach/meditationstudent. I'd love to know if how to teach this area. To athletes & students? I'd welcome any suggestions.

Everyone here knew , as per the production team led by Jason Hehir, that they had limited time. Limited production capability and time as to story telling. There's so much they wanted to include but the documentary was built to be a series but not a season. So admittedly, many aspect of the story would not make the cut. Nonetheless, a short segment during The Last Dance, we had a peek of this unorthodox practice of pulling a basketball team together. Sometimes, you don't need the full narrative to understand it. But talks like this is wonderful. There's so much about mindfulness that needs to be explored, explained and taught. Captivating indeed.
