You can see our full list of receiving currencies here: wi.se/balancecurrencies_ To get the details, it's quite simple. After you finish setting up your business account, and complete verification, you'll just need to open the chosen balance and select, "get details". More here: wi.se/getbankdetails_ You can still receive SEK, if you set a local SEK account as your primary account. With this, your senders will just need to look you up by email, set up the SEK payment, and it should go directly to your external account. A lot of vendors in Asia, especially Thailand and Indonesia, do not accept Visa or any other credit card networks. They do, however, accept QRIS payments in the local currency drawn directly from a "local" bank, reducing the merchant's processing fees. That said, does Wise have a way to integrate QRIS technology so we can pay directly from our Wise account using QRIS, kinda like Grab Pay does?

Hi, there. Currently, US customers don’t see digital/virtual cards in the flow. Only those other consumer customers living/registered in a supported region. Although, if you have a business in the US and does not have multiple shareholders, you can get a digital card but not a physical one. Yes, you can withdraw money if you add your digital card to a supported mobile wallet and the ATM supports the contactless feature (this isn't available cards from Japan) The authorization would be your unlocked phone or if it asks for a PIN you will to see it within our app: wi.se/wisedigitalcard

Hello! You'll see "XXX GBP available to spend" because that's your original currency. If/when you spend money in a currency you already have in your balances, we’ll deduct the amount for free. In this case, we'll use AUD first, if you run out of that balance, we’ll automatically convert the amount for you and, we’ll take it from whichever available balance has the cheapest conversion fee. Additionally, I've heard people in the comments of these videos and on other sites talk about "activating" the card before it actually works for a purchase, mostly by taking it to an ATM to check the balance first before anything else? If your Chip and PIN payment gets declined, you can activate your card at an ATM by doing a balance inquiry or cash withdrawal. Hi, I'm still unclear on how I use my digital card to withdraw cash from an ATM. The one time I tried, the ATM asked me for a pin - which I didn't have. I don't know whether my digital card already has a pin. I can't see where to find an existing pin on my app or how I can set a new pin. Can you please clarify this for me. Cheers

Wise debit cards issued in the US can only be activated while still in the US. If you leave the country without first activating the debit card, you will not be able to use it until you return and activate it.

Ah, but that's the nice thing about our cards - A single card for ALL currencies 😉 Our Smart Conversion technology will always try to match the currency you spend to the currency balance used (So if you buy something in EUR, it will take from your EUR balance, etc.). If you don't happen to have that currency available, it'll pick the next best currency balance based on which one would have the lowest conversion fees: wi.se/smartconversiontech So in essence, you don't need a separate card for any individual currency, cause our cards can handled all of them!

Pretty useless, unless the card allows cash withdrawals also. Useless in SE Asia a non-starter. I would be interested in this card if cash withdrawals were initiated into the system, hopefully, sometime soon and without the obligatory loss for withdrawing cash in a foreign currency penalty. You'll need to place an order for our debit card before you can generate digital cards. And whenever you spend with any Wise card, it will intuitively always pull money in the authorized currency first. So if you carry KRW with Wise, and spend in this currency, the payment will be deducted from your KRW balance.
