@@Cegorachthelaughinggod I had an out of body experience. It was a new layer of awakening, that then unfolded from that experience. I received some lessons and insights, so it happened for a beautiful reason. A lot of shifts could happen after that. My ego got a big punch and it created some stories in the time as it was not comfortable to change. But once I accepted it all, it could all start to flow better. I feel better now than ever. :) x

I’ve learned that it’s a bad idea to watch all these videos on self help cuz it’ll make search for perfection, or worse it’ll make you get lost unless you know how to or have someone that can guide you through that 1. Knows what they are doing and 2. They truly want what’s best for you and enforces these applications irl without smothering you or letting you learn the actual message. Fix the biggest thing that you need to in yourself first. And ONE thing at a time. Follow through with that and you’ll find you don’t really need to change anything

I think Ego death does not exist, one might be capable of recognizing it, by experience and/ or theoretical knowledge. However, it will be a part of you, dormant, to then control it, master it, supported by consciousness and awareness.

I agree with you. “Ego deaths” are events or life experiences that force you into awareness or consciousness, which with the right ego work such as humbling it could leave you more aligned with your Soul(the SELF) as he presents it. It is when your shadows come to the surface and you incorporate them into your SELF so that your life is not driven by them but you make decisions consciously instead of reacting and defensiveness ie through and from love instead of fear.
