Awe! If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, please don’t keep it to yourself and tell someone. Trust me, I’ve been there is it’s NOT a good idea to bottle that up. It makes you feel worse and if you don’t get the help you need, it can escalate in actual suicide.. I actually tried to once, but it didn’t work. My word of advice, don’t be afraid to tell someone how you’re feeling okay?
