It is hard if do you realize that someone is not what you thought they were. Sometimes your love for what you "thought" they were remains, even if your head tells you that you were just fooled. Your heart does not tell lies and you cant fool it.... it will break just the same. A beautiful but sad song. I suppose it rings true for many out there who may be in a similar spot. OMG! I just had a nerd moment. This song explains Pudge/Q from Looking for Alaska/Paper Towns when he is in love with Alaska/Margo! Its explains how he was in love with the idea of the girl but not the girl herself. And It especially explains Pudge after Alaska's death. Then again...I am a HUGE nerd...
