Always loved their twin guitars and Andy's flying V. Great 'progressive' rock, slowing things down, building them up again. For me, this type of shuffle rock, combined with great lead guitar work is unbeatable.Going to a Wishbone or Rory Gallagher concert, feet tapping in unison with hundreds of others, the real determined fans dedicated head shakers, ( long hair absolutely compulsory) was a wonderful experience.

They were one of my favourite bands at University. Been retired 10 years now. Still the best

Many moons ago, there was a beautiful girl I loved at a party. She was the the most gorgeous thing on the face of the planet. However she took the Wishbone Ash vinyl off the record player (stereo) and put her own music on. I knew I could never love her again. but I still love Wishbone Ash. I guess that girl was just not as cool as I thought she was. Her loss.

I was a fourteen year old kid liking what I call entry level rock music, then one day my uncle educated me by playing Live dates for me on his ludicrously expensive hi fi, once my mind had been opened to this I was on a higher level musically.

I listen to this song in memory of my best friend Jason. I hadn't heard from him in a while, so I typed in his name and his obituary came up. He died. I didn't know it. He had every Wishbone Ash album there was, he has about 12 feet of albums. (We used to measure our records in feet back then) RIP Jason Krucas. I love you my dear friend.
