I dedicate this song to my ex who broke up with me last March 03, 2020. She just broke up with me because she thought we are not growing and she thought we are better off as friends. We were 7 years and 10 months then, I already have an engagement ring for her and a house I bought so we can start a family. I was going to give it to her on April 2020 8th anniversary. I tried to give the ring to her but she declined and she just answered "sorry you deserve someone better, di ka mabagal, ako ang may problema at unfair ako sayo na iba ang ginagawa ko". After 3 months nalaman ko may pinakilala na sya na bagong lalake sa family nya. Naalala ko noon na sabi nya crush nya yung drummer ng ben and ben na lgbt and I just supported her and tolerated her. Yun pala may ibang drummer na nanliligaw na sa kanya. Nagpaparinig na pala sya. Naintindihan ko na kung bakit sya sorry ng sorry at nagsabi na wala ang problema sa akin. It was painful because she was my first gf and I already planned my life for her. In the end wala naman pala. Tapos nalaman ko engage na sila kahit ilang months pa lang sila. Well yun lang... Life goes on and maybe they really deserve each other.

@@jannpalay9333 masakit pa rin hanggang ngayon kasi sa tuwing nakikita ko yung engagement ring saka bahay naalala ko. Lumayo na lang ako, inunfriend ko and dinelete ko yung ibang friends namin na common na nagtatag sa kanya sa post. May post kasi na engage na sila nung bago nya kaya nagdisconnect na ako sa kanya. I just focused on other things and sa mga positive na nangyari. After nya makipagbreak naospital naman nanay for 1 month gawa ng kidney failure and nadialysis. Nakabawi naman nanay ko and di na nagdiadialysis ngayon and buti na lang di din nacovid sa hospital. Nagfocus na lang din ako sa work, nagpuyat sa work para di maisip yung nangyari and sa huli nagpayoff naman kasi yung isang ginawa ko was narecognize ng mga boss and masgumanda review sa akin. Pinaganda ko na lang din yung bahay na binili ko, doon na lang ako gumastos. Ngayon complete na yung bahay and nageenjoy naman nanay ko ngayon sa bahay.

When i heard this song after it was released, grabe iyak ko kasi feeling ko para sa akin yung kanta. I was betrayed by the person i loved the most. I gave him everything that i can offer most importantly the time and attention but in the end i found out na rebound lang pala ako and he stick with me kasi i can give him the things he can't afford.
