If you have any corroborating evidence to support what you say happened…emails, texts, etc. that will help. Don’t be afraid to research the law and procedures.

I have the same problem in Michigan, I repaid what they said I was overpaid, then got a refund check only to get a letter 2 days later saying I might not have ever qualified for what I was approved for…….
