We see ketchup on tables at every restaurant. I don't think they ever put it in the fridge. I put it in the fridge. I don't know why restaurants keep it on the table.

Mustard is good for hot dogs especially the mini hot dogs with the mini rolls that you can only get in upstate New York with the reconstituted onions and the meat sauce. But if you make crumbled hamburger fried in a pan until it's well done and you put a spot of mustard to dip the meat in or even just mix the mustard on the plate into the hamburger it is really good I'll do the crumpled hamburger and some little potatoes the little tiny ones or mashed potatoes and some sweet early June peas and some fresh corn cut off the cop and it is just awesome
