Wow! I was fortunate to hear this unbelievably beautiful, captivating, extremely IN TUNE song on Sirius XM radio today… this has got to be just about the most mesmerizing song I’ve EVER heard; 67 years old and I’ve heard all kinds of beautiful music in my musical life, from a very wide variety of genres. Also, whoever produced and engineered this song did an absolutely FANTASTIC job!

You should listen to The School of Seven Bells. Very similar sounding. We lost that artist to lymphoma and limited access to healthcare. I think of his music when I listen to this song, like his spirit is alive in the song.

Hi I’m kevin, I’m in this band. Used to play drums in playland too and I’ve been in a handful of other bands with drew in the past. Spent most of our 20s doing music together. I’ve always looked up to him and his music has always been a huge inspiration for me! Nina wrote this song several years ago however. Needless to say we have some aesthetic overlap with playland, but we tried our best on this track and I’m really proud of it! We don’t really see it as a competition :) You should check out some of our other songs! You might like them if you’re a fan of playland. We definitely are ❤
