Join me today for a quick walk around Wistow Maze Maze & Model Village
It’s August Bank Holiday 2021 in the UK and although overcast it’s still warm so it’s out to have some family fun.
Wistow Maze Maze is very popular with adults and families, every year they have a new theme and in 2021 it is the Phoenix.
Covering 8 acres it is a mix of Maze and Sunflowers, maps are given out at the start and there is a Quiz Trail, which everyone can answer but offers a prize draw to children at the end.
An activity farm with outside games is found at the entrance and costing this year £28 for a family of four with plenty of free parking it offers a fun few hours entertainment.
Across the road is Wistow Rural Centre, again with plenty of free parking, it has a Farm Shop, Café and Restaurant, a range of small boutique shops and a garden centre, within which is a small model village, free to enter with a donations well if you would like to contribute to it's upkeep.
It consists of a small model railway and various buildings.

Oooh wow! Good morning CMW, someone has to say it and it might as well be us aMAZING video! What a great use if the sunflower fields, absolutely fantastic!
