Everyone I know says to hit ( swing/stance, ball position) your hybrids as irons (specifically like the 7 iron) with your 7 wood, you might need to put the ball further up in your stance.

Interesting, the only youtube golfer I know that doesn’t use a 3 or a 5 wood, driver straight to 7 wood. I’ll be honest I no longer use fairway woods since I don’t have the confidence to launch it, but I’m ok with that as my Callaway UW does the trick for me

Sounds like someone needs to practice hitting longer shafted clubs that aren't your driver. Treat them just like irons and hit down into ball and turf just after. Just move the ball further forward in stance. I'm sure in principle you know all that but I would practice that a LOT. You seem to have a huge gap in clubs you're comfortable with. Get those under control and your scores will start to drop a lot.
