This unboxing has really broken our hearts, on account of your feedback on our customer service, which is something we pride ourselves on! 🥹💗 The first thing we MUST say is that once a subscription is cancelled (which is easily done by email), we can’t process further payments, so we hope you enjoy your April Casket, for which the payment already processed before you emailed us to cancel your subscription. Regarding late Caskets, we have only shipped two Caskets late in the last couple of years, and we were so open and transparent with our subscribers - this wasn’t a Royal Mail issue, it was a product issue. We kept all our subscribers informed via emails and social media. Emails were sent on March 13th, March 15th, and March 20th 💌✨ We are now offering a tracked mail service at no extra cost to our subscribers too 🖤✨ We are happy to see that you liked most of the items in the Casket, since we put so much love and positive creativity into their creation - and we so appreciate that you had positive things to say even about the things you won’t find useful personally. I am only giving my experience I love your boxes but I had to make a decision as it was causing my work on my channel to take a hit which I cannot do as I have my own schedule I always have enjoyed your boxes but I had to make a judgement call for not only myself but my viewers ... Maybe in the future I will be back who knows, thanks for your comment
