I made this a while ago out of white and blue felt to make one of my axolotl characters, and it turned out so cute! I’m planning on making it again with minky, except I plan to alter the pattern to make it half and half so I can make it a chimera axolotl :) Edit: I made the chimera axolotl and it turned out so cute! To alter the pattern all I did was cut the bottom piece in half (treated as its own separate pieces) and sew thim together then use like normal

The name is correct, "Axolotl" but the skin tone is wrong. 80% of the especie have dark skin (black or green) and the rest some times presents a yellow, red or pink tone but is a minority.
