mxviii Bruxae and Katakans are not higher vampires. Higher vampires are those who can use a human form, for example the medic in Novigrad with Joachim von Gratz. So if he has a vamp friend he's probably 'alive' again.

temeriasfirehawke Incorrect. A higher vampire is any vampire that is sentient. This is confirmed in the books, as well as earlier in the game, when you kill the wine loving Katakan in Novigrad, and the ancient Ekimara in Velen, both of which the Witcher refers to as powerful higher vampires.

Yeah, Ciri's dialogue as 'Empress' suggests she's going to give it up, neatly setting up a sequel where she's the main protagonist since she'd be a free agent in any ending (she might after all, just be missing rather than dead in the 'bad' ending).

I got this ending... I think I did the worst in my 1st game... No romance at all, Djikstra and Radovid dead. Suicide of blood baron in Velen, i kill his baby too... Ciri's missing, and in Blood and Wine, yes Detlaff died, and the 2 sisters too. I finished with dandelion... Damn I have to do an other game!

Robin H Hahahah that’s just one sad story after another lol. Though I didn’t care for Radovid or Djikstra. The bloody baron’s suicide was sad, his baby will always die. My ciri became a Witcher which imo is the best ending possible. In blood and wine Dettlaf and the sisters died, but I hated the sisters and Dettlaf was a fantastic boss fight so I don’t mind it. The only thing I’m gonna try to change is that I’m not sure if I wanna romance Yen since I romanced Triss the last playthrough or if I will just make Ciri visit me at the vineyard as a Witcher

I may had gotten the worst ending in Blood & WIne, but I got Triss in the Vineyard ending! BTW, Some of Dandelion's conversations could have been prevented because one of those was preventable by playing the normal. Unless Priscilla suffered another attack. If so, she is one unlucky woman!

it's kind of a sad ending ;o especially his last answer to Geralt's question. it's like he won't stay long when his Anna was dead. though at first his intention was to stay. does it only happen if both the girls are dead? and you romance neither Yen nor Triss?

I think it's like that - if you don't have saves from Witcher 3 it will always be Dandelion. If Ciri became a witcher, she will show up instead of him. If Ciri died or went to Emhyr then you get Triss or Yennefer, depends on which one you chose in Witcher 3. Never played the Witcher 3 tho, just watched many gameplays but I am pretty sure I guess it well.
